Hybrid Developer
Lash & Brow 3% 10 Volume Peroxide Stain Developer activates our liquid and cream Hybrid Stain for treatment. Our newly formulated developer is thicker and contains coconut oil and panthenol, giving the stain a creamier texture for easier application. The ingredients also help to repair, hydrate and strengthen damaged hair.
This has been specifically designed to super boost our Hybrid Brow Stain only (sold separately).
HOW TO USE
To ensure the best results, thoroughly mix 4 drops of Hybrid Brow Stain with 2 drops of Hybrid Developer, and then tint your client’s brows to perfection!
