This developer is made for use with our Hybrid Stain to create a thinner consistency stain, perfect for creating natural, "clean girl aesthetic" brows. It is amazing for clients wanting a more subtle look. The liquified formula also makes it ideal for use in a handheld airbrush machine to give a flawless spray finish. Simply mix the Hybrid Stain with the Hybrid Stain Liquid Developer using a ratio of 2:1.
